ONE DAY WORKSHOP

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of our institution successfully organized "BODHINI," a transformative one-day workshop titled “NAAC Accreditation: A Catalyst for Institutional Transformation.” The event brought together academic leaders to decode the evolving landscape of higher education standards. The workshop featured two distinguished academic luminaries: Prof. Sr. Molly Abraham (Principal, Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi) delivered a profound session on "Reimagining Quality Assurance: The Changing Face of NAAC," providing strategic insights into how institutions can move beyond mere compliance toward genuine excellence. Dr. Joselet Mathew (Former Principal, Nirmalagiri College, Kuthuparamba) led an engaging session on "The Modern Teacher: Mentor, Motivator, Innovator," emphasizing the shift from traditional instruction to holistic student mentorship. BODHINI served as a vital platform for faculty to align institutional goals with global quality benchmarks, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
